​Founded in London in 2009 by Baroness Lidia and a team of supporters, the Lidia Antunes Project is currently working towards opening a center for support, teaching, and healing in London to assist those in need.

 

We aim to give everybody access to a range of professionals and services including conventional and alternative health practices such as acupuncture, hypnotherapy, yoga or NLP, to business, financial and relationship advice, stress reduction, feng shui, and energetic personal, home, and business clearing. 

The center's objective is to work closely with other charity organizations and social services to help those who need help, guidance, counseling, training, and support in any area of their life. 

 

The center will host an internet café, library, computer facilities, a help-line and provide a variety of classes and workshops including yoga, more confidence, meditation, how to manage your finances, alternative health practices such as homemade herbal remedies, how to improve your relationships, tips for job seekers and job interviews, spiritual guidance and many more. The aim is to provide people with the knowledge and skills, which enable them to help themselves.

What We Do

The Lidia Antunes Project was formed in November 2009.  Our main objective is to enable the lives of those who are suffering emotionally, mentally, and physically. We are a body of people who have come together to create harmony and to obliterate discord in everyone's lives.  LAP is a non-profit organization, who have brought together a team of professional practitioners who specialize, in counseling, therapy, and alternative healing. 

​We all have a strong belief in the universe and as such subscribe to the thinking that togetherness brings unity, which is available to one and all.  So by sharing this concept, we will further empower the lives of others.

The Team

All our team members are volunteers, offering their services to us without any recompense, but to further enhance their own growth, in all areas of their lives.  They all donate financially on a regular basis to enable the growth of the LAP because they all believe in our ethos.  We are all committed to helping those in need, with the conviction that as our own lives are constantly evolving in a positive way, it is vitally important that we pay It forward to all those who also need emotional support.

​We are all very passionate and have a purpose, along with joy and gratitude in our hearts. Which we hope will have a positive knock-on effect on all those who need to utilize our services.  We are extremely grateful for all the support received thus far to the Lidia Antunes Project.

​Social Fundraising Events

There are a number of activities I support which involve charitable causes. Every once in a while I and my team organize social events with various performances – and energy work in the background!

Past events included the Latin Extravaganza Party and the Venetian Masquerade Ball at the Archangel Bar in Kensington and Brazilian Themed Carnival charity fundraiser at Smiths Bar in Paddington.

These events have raised much-needed funds for charities such as the Global Light Project, to fund their new health and community center, and the National Association for People Abused in Childhood.
